The rooms are decorated with a noble wood, the decor is dominated by warm dark shades, and the interiors were created by leading European designers. Magnificent!
Isn’t this Scandinavian blogger’s home in Sweden a wonder?! And the dark tones are in place here: the owner tried to create a kind of fairytale atmosphere and she got it 100% write. The decor is just wonderful: from the abundance of fur and linen textiles, small kitchen utensils, plants and books to the sweetest garlands in the form of stars and clouds in the kids room. It’s a pure beauty!

Wood, natural textiles, and color palette give so much warmth and coziness to this winter cottage in Norway, that you would definitely want to spend some unforgettable days in such a beautiful place. In the interiors, touches of modern Scandinavian design are felt, which adds a little elegance to this wooden home. Ideally!
This mountain cottage in the Aran Valley in the Pyrenees is one of the oldest in the area, so inside the windows are very small and little light gets inside. The owners did their best to take this circumstance into account during the recent reconstruction and painted the wooden surfaces inside in light tones. Now it is very difficult to believe that only a few years ago it was a dark and unattractive home. And look at this mega cozy zone by the fireplace!
The clients asked designer Nicole Davis to create a home where they could have warm family gatherings any time of the year, a place to make memories and to feel safe and comfortable. And most importantly, the views from the windows should become an integral part of the interiors. Creating a design, Nicole drew inspiration from nature and surrounding landscapes, so the color scheme consists of light natural shades. Of course, the house has many wooden surfaces, but the lines and shapes are refined and modern. Very light and calm dwelling, filled with air and coziness!

Chalet is one of the few types of present-day buildings that honor the past and do not hesitate of their roots. Almost always chalet interiors are above the time and history and it is impossible to tell whether the photographs were taken yesterday or 100 years ago. This traditional alpine house in the Swiss village of Verbier is just such – cozy and “like from the past”. One can be fond of modern design or Scandinavian minimalism, but such interiors will delight the eye anyway!
The interiors of this cozy Swedish country home seems to echo the January weather outside the window – completely white, with light notes of blue (as the sky), and also with spruce branches as decoration. But there is one important difference – here, inside is very warm and cozy thanks to the heartful atmosphere that the owner family created. Great home!
