The main task that designer Jennifer Wagner Schmidt faced during the project was to fill a completely empty house with exquisite pieces of furniture and decor to meet the wishes of their demanding clients. Since the owners work in the fashion industry, the interiors of their residence got the refined features of luxury city apartments thanks to the golden details and unique designer decor elements. The color scheme is almost white, but light cream and beige tones made the atmosphere warmer and pleasant. Great work!
The interiors of this Chicago condo represent an exquisite mix of several completely different styles and trends in design. Firstly, these are objects of classics and antique details, such as paintings, vintage bureaus, small tables. Large furniture and decor can be attributed to the modern style, some elements are exclusive and “one of a kind.” Also in the decoration, we can see notes of industrial style – metal, leather. A special place is given to golden details and accessories, which are presented in each room. Such a unique home!
Of course, one of the main trends of recent times is the use of famous Art Deco style and its adaptation to modern realities. And our favorite Zara Home did not stand aside and a few days ago presented its interpretation in the beautiful collection named Modernist. The main features are cool modernist prints and patterns, gold accessories and details, clean lines and noble shades. Hope you’ll enjoy it!
Nobu Hotel Shoreditch in London attracts not only with chic contemporary interiors but also with impressive and memorable façade. The gorgeous building has beautiful balconies with terraces, which cascade descend from the top down – this design is not very typical for the English capital, but it certainly makes an impression. Inside there are laconic interiors in black and gray tones with golden accents, the designer played here not only with forms and texture but also with different cultures: there are both European and Japanese design elements. And it’s not accidental because the hotel is famous for its Japanese restaurant, headed by chef Nobu Matsuhisa.
The Gray Hotel in Chicago provides stylish interiors and comfort at the highest level thought out to the smallest detail. Inspiration for the design was the famous Art Deco style, but the interiors are also full of contrasts. For example, guests are greeted by an elegant white marble hall and a staircase, and then they enter a dark bar-library. The are both light rooms of pastel colors, and dark ones. Such a game of opposites makes The Gray Hotel a place of attraction not only for tourists, but also for businessmen, politicians, and also weddings and conferences. Wonderful place!
The Grand Pigalle hotel is located in Paris’ 9th district, and this area is vibrant and diverse – here you will find fine restaurants and galleries, noisy bars, clubs, and cabarets. No surprise Grand Pigalle is also bright and impressive. The hotel occupies the whole historical building on rue Victor. There are 37 rooms designed in bohemian Parisian style with aged wallpaper, golden lamps on walls and cozy bathrooms. The bar area resembles a café from the 20s or 30s of the last century, and the reception stand seems to be saying: welcome to the one of a kind Paris!
Usually, apartments for rent are designed in a simple and minimalist manner, with functionality and comfort in mind at first. But the owners of this rental apartment in Barcelona spent a lot of time and energy to create a truly refined and sophisticated home, despite the fact that it was created not for themselves. Magnificent wall decor, clean lines, exquisite shapes and beautiful work with color – staying here during a trip to Barcelona would be a real dream!
When a designer or decorator shows his festive home, it’s always interesting. Especially if it is a home in sunny Los Angeles, where the temperature now is +20 and there is never snow on Christmas. Perhaps that is why the decorator Brady Tolbert for the holiday decoration of his house chose an unusual and fresh palette, built on a combination of green and gold shades. Spruce branches everywhere, trees of different sizes and glamorous golden details – this is another wonderful example of a Christmas decor!
All sorts of decorations of gold tones and warm textiles created a real fairy tale in this Spanish home. Such decor in a Christmas interior looks so noble, rich and very festive. In addition, lighted candles perfectly fit into the overall picture and add even more comfort. We hope this design will inspire you to create something like this at your own home!

However, in this beautiful apartment in Chicago there is an abundance of interesting interior object and details and almost every one of them worth admiration.
