Bold home with art objects in Toronto

The simple extension of the kitchen in this Toronto home has become a fascinating journey that has turned the home into an amazing art object. Moving from room to room, you can notice that this or that work of art sets its rhythm and tone to each room. Somewhere it is a painting, somewhere a sculpture, and in one of the rooms is a stuffed white peacock. The exhibits here are very unusual, just like the design itself, combining both classic and modern, retro and even grunge. The home is decorated with paintings by contemporary artists George Condo, Mikaleyn Thomas and Alex Katz. In the context of this house, even the unthinkable combination of Tiffany color with a leopard does not look wild. The glazed veranda overlooking the garden resembles glass enclosures in a zoo; it seems that in a second a leopard will jump behind the glass or the parrot will flap its bright wing. Stunning design!
