Famous Swedish actor Andreas Wilson and his wife recently moved to the suburbs of Stockholm to the home of her parents, but in design nothing says the house is more than a dozen years old. Andreas was lucky: his wife is the interior designer and it was she who made the beautiful transformation of the old cottage into a stylish modern home of a young and progressive city couple. The design is dominated by stylish gray-blue shades and art objects that filled almost all the wall space. Enjoy!

Being one of the leading British designers, Helen mostly designs luxury apartments and houses in London for sophisticated and influential client. Each of her projects is filled with art objects, expensive furniture and finishings, unique decor. But this is an aesthetically beautiful luxury that attracts and inspires. Interiors with bright accents or wallpaper with bold prints fade in comparison with this extraordinary apartment in New York. Here, not just styles, textures and images are mixed, but the apartment has its own unique character and even a sense of humor. A strict kitchen with a marble island and immediately a bedroom right in the living room, a working place as in an office, but with a fluffy pink chair, a caricature of the “Mona Lisa” and a picture of puppet shoes. In this home, there was a place for creativity, functionality and freedom. This design is not for everyone, but certainly in a positive way!
Although this house is located on the very shore of the ocean in Florida, in its design you will not find traditional marine motifs or a popular blue and white color scheme. Designers of McAlpine offered a completely new approach to the design of a beach house – exquisite, extravagant and even a bit glamorous. This home is definitely one of a kind!
If parents buy a home for their children, no one is surprised, but when children make such kind of gift to their parents, it is always unusual and generous. This was exactly the case with the modern apartment in Moscow, Russia, that was purchased as a present for parents, who know nothing until the last moment. The children decided to decorate the interiors to their own taste and for this purpose they hired decorator Olesya Fedorenko. The design of the spaces is based on interesting color shades, an important role in the decor is played by art objects of different sizes. Such a sophisticated modern home!
It’s hard to believe, but this modern home in Toronto just a few years ago was not at all like what we see now. The old building with classical interiors did not suit its new owners’, a young art-loving family’s needs. But after a big reconstruction, which took 18 months, now everything is different: bright and refined modern interiors, large windows, various colorful paintings and accents. Very stylish home!
The unpretentious facade of this cottage in the suburbs of New York does not promise anything unusual inside: modest classical forms and traditional finishing look rusticly cozy. But instead of granny’s interiors, inside you will find with some surprise rather refined modern atmosphere, usually common for city dwelling. Of course, among all the variety of elegant furniture and decor, there was a place for interesting antique details – the house was built in the 18th century and has historical significance. Enjoy!
Collector Sally Grimes hired PROjECT Interiors studio to add some extravagance and glamour to her traditional house in the suburbs of Chicago. In addition, they needed to harmoniously inscribe her impressive collection of art objects in the interiors. Fringe, fur, and Lucite in one room – for someone it might be too much, but not for Sally and her designers. This is a very refined and expressive design that surprises and amazes in almost every corner. Enjoy!
Looking at the interiors of this elegant apartment in the New York’s best area, it’s hard to believe they were created for a bachelor living. Living room, kitchen, and private areas are dominated by light and calm tones and refined forms, as well as many art objects in decoration. Only the home office is slightly out of the color scheme thanks to a wonderful dark blue bookcase, that, however, fits perfectly into the design. You can say the owner of this home has an excellent taste!
This one of a kind home in the heart of Moscow impresses with its architecture and location. The owners of the apartment in a 100-year-old building have bought it many years ago, but it was a rental home for a long time until recently they decided to settle here. An interesting history of the house and location predetermined the design concept – the owners approached Akant studio to restore the atmosphere of the past. The second floor (once the building’s attic) was given to kids and was made in a more modern style, but the first floor reveals gorgeous sophisticated modern classic interiors. Stunning project!
