The starting point for the project of this apartment in the heart of Madrid was a painting by the surrealist artist Giorgio de Chirico from the owner’s collection,’ recalls designer Marta Rayon. The client brought it to the first meeting and made it clear that art should play an important role in the updated design of his home. Martha faced a difficult task, because even though the apartment was located in a luxurious house from 1920, all its greatness was offset by several unsuccessful renovations in the past. But the result was worth all the effort – the interiors impress with both unique architectural details and a creative approach to decoration. Enjoy!
