If every square meter of living space is used efficiently, incredible things could happen. This compact two-room apartment of 28 sqm in Sweden is a real miracle. The most important thing here is separate zones for public and private (though very small) use which is hard to do given the total area. Of course, someone will say corridor is missing but this specific layout definitely has the right to exist!
