Georgeous low-rise building in which this modern two-level apartment is located used to be an old brewery, but now it is a unique apartment house with few apartments with a unique architecture and a quiet inner courtyard. This apartment occupied the first two floors of the building and has an interesting layout: on the lower level there is a kitchen with a dining room, and all living rooms are on the top floor. Interiors are an example of a very stylish modern Scandinavian design – a monochrome gamma with contrasting black and white combinations and metal elements perfectly fitted into the overall concept of the residential complex. Great project!
The design of this cool Scandinavian apartment is built on contrasts: black kitchen furniture is contrasted with a white marble backsplash and light floors, a black round dining table with chairs looks very graphical against the backdrop of white walls. Throughout the flat, black and white photo frames adorn the walls as the finishing touch of this modern design. Only Scandinavians can do homes like this!
Black and white interiors are usually loved by those who prefer minimalism and graphics. But it is very important that black and white home is cozy and bright. This attic apartment in Sweden is exactly like this: graphic, interesting and very homey. Here we have few small other color inclusions: leather armchair, wooden table and several gray details. The whole interior is united by one idea, and even the smallest accessories, like candles, books, paintings, everything works for a common image. Excellent modern apartment!
One look at designer Jeff Trotter‘s photo and it becomes about the design that he’s producing. Leather jacket, torn jeans, model hairstyle – this guy is a fashion person. His interiors are exactly the same – exquisite and impeccable.” Hope you’ll enjoy his portfolio!
This small apartment of 50 sqm in Odesa, Ukraine, was originally designed for rent, therefore, minimalism and practicality here came to the fore. There are only the most necessary items and almost no decor in this home. But, the main feature is, of course, a glass cube where the private bedroom hid. Simple and great solution!
We just love this cool modern apartment in a sought-after residential building in Sydney which is set on two levels with the double-height ceilings in the living room. The interiors have a Scandinavian vibe, although there are also some authentic and unique elements as well. Enjoy!
Swedish designers perfectly know how to combine simplicity and chic, just look at this stylish interior in Gothenburg! Scandinavian modesty here is supplemented with stucco and crystal chandeliers, and a black and white palette is mixed with the details and furniture of powder and brown shades. In such a monochrome interior, it is very important to maintain a balance, here it was done with living plants and the tasteful accents. And a wonderful garland with lamps on the balcony creates a unique atmosphere in the evening they. Nice and memorable apartment!
Every year new colors make a trend in interior design. Some manufacturers even prepare annual forecasts on what color will be the most popular in the upcoming year. But the black-and-white scheme seems to be beyond time and fashion, always in demand and looks great, especially in modern design styles. Today we have just an excellent example of black and white home – cool Scandinavian apartment with a total area of 91 sqm. Enjoy!
If every square meter of living space is used efficiently, incredible things could happen. This compact two-room apartment of 28 sqm in Sweden is a real miracle. The most important thing here is separate zones for public and private (though very small) use which is hard to do given the total area. Of course, someone will say corridor is missing but this specific layout definitely has the right to exist!
Owners of this cool loft in New York are a creative family: she is a writer who works at home, and he is a filmmaker. For their new home they wanted the have a tranquil atmosphere without bursts of bright colors so it would be comfortable to create without any visual distraction. Despite a simple black and white color scheme, the interiors are incredibly interesting thanks to the exquisite details and objects of contemporary art. As for the children’s rooms, they are on their own, cheerful and bright. Great modern living!
