This magnificent house in the suburbs of New York City is already about 150 years old, but it looks very young and modern, especially inside. The rooms are bright, with contemporary furniture and modern art. A couple with three children live here, and most of all they love the view of the Hudson River from the veranda. It was the panorama that captured their eyes 5 years ago when they decided to purchase this mansion. The facade was restored, and the interior decoration was changed beyond recognition. The interiors are catchy, bold, and even a bit kitsch-style. Look at the dining room that resembles an installation in a modern art museum or a round shower in the middle of the room.
