This unique residence in Atlanta is not just a beautiful house with a white facade and a well-groomed territory – this is the only Art Deco building in the city. It’s hard to believe, but a few years ago, the mansion was in an unattractive state – the house had grown over with vegetation and was almost in ruins. But the local architect J. Ryan Duffey came to the rescue and managed a magnificent reconstruction of this private estate. Terrific!
