Another great example of a successful reconstruction of old non-residential premises. The house was built in the distant 1902 and was intended as a warehouse for a local textile factory, but recently stood abandoned. As it often happens, it is after the conversions of such kind of properties that unique living spaces are born. Now it is a stylish modern loft with spacious and bright rooms, high ceilings and two cozy private gardens. Is not it great!
