This building on the banks of the Amstel River was built in 1921 and until 1975 it functioned as the school of St. Joseph. It was converted into a private home only in 2014. The total area is as huge as 536 sqm, moreover, the house has very high ceilings and big windows. The new kitchen, living room and bedrooms are located in the former classrooms and a school cafeteria. The gym, however, was left almost untouched. And, of course, the school used to have a backyard and a veranda – a spacious lawn can be used now in any way you like: for sports, games, parties or a relaxing holiday.
