The main advantage of this New York house, where previously the brewery shop was located, is that there are original wooden floors and spacious rooms. However, when the premises ceased to be used for their intended purpose and the owner decided to make an apartment here, it became clear that the building lacked the comfort of a city dwelling. The designer perfectly coped with the task. It was possible to keep the industrial spirit and at the same time to adapt the apartment to the needs of a family with young children: a lot of open space, kids rooms, bright accents. The balance between style and comfort can always be achieved, the main thing is to find the right approach!
