Art of living in small space: apartment in Sweden (39 sqm)

Having at its disposal only 39 sqm, the owners of this apartment in Goteborg did not lose heart and tried to take maximum (and even more) out of their modest housing. As a result, every centimeter of space is used efficiently and with benefit. In the living room, a sleeping place behind an improvised partition appeared – an original solution for those who value privacy. The kitchen-dining room is also quite compact, the round table was just a perfect choice. But what the owners definitely didn’t save on was the storage – there was a place for a whole cloakroom. And look at this very cozy balcony overlooking the courtyard!
