This beautiful modern apartment is part of a new residential complex in downtown Chicago, in which large windows and open floor plans are an important architectural feature. Studio Sven designed the home in a trendy industrial style that bachelors so often choose for their living. Concrete ceiling, black fragments of walls, open communications and metal elements – all the main attributes of the loft-style are present here. Great project!
