This Edwardian house in Melbourne was in desperate need of remodeling and a spacious extension, as a family with three active sons settled here. The edwardian architecture was popular in the British Empire in 1901–1910, it is a neo-baroque style with characteristic semicircular bay windows, stucco facade and glazed front doors with stained-glass windows. This house just boasts such a chic entrance group. It is contrasted with a modern extension overlooking the backyard. This solution helped expand the living space and functionally decorate the backyard space. In the interiors, almost nothing reminds of those times, the owners have preserved fireplaces and some vintage elements, but in general, this is a modern and comfortable space for a large family. It even has a pool, which is a must-have when you have three boys in your house and the weather allows for garden parties!
