Hotel Californian is a small piece of Spain in California, the hotel is located on the beautiful coast of Santa Barbara, Los Angeles. Inspiration for the exteriors of the hotel, which houses 120 rooms, was the architecture of the Mediterranean and Morocco: white facades and terracotta roofs, prints, mosaic tiles and lamps from multi-colored glass. The rooms do not just have categories, they are divided by names, for example, “Sevilla”, “Granada”, “Sevina”. There is a swimming pool on the roof, bar and relaxation area. And below, in a cozy yard, weddings often take places. Amazingly beautiful place!

This incredibly airy and stylish mini-hotel with seven rooms is located in Sitges, Spain. The white interiors incorporate elements of several styles: Scandinavian, Mediterranean and Boho. This old stone townhouse on the island of Mallorca impresses with its modern interiors inspired by the Scandinavian style, as well as a cozy inner patio with a swimming pool. Previously, it was an ordinary house in Florida: unremarkable both outside and inside. But after a recent big repair it a completely different story: now everything here breathes summer. There no beige, blue and yellow tones in the decoration, only white base and all bright accents: blue, green, red. Some rooms, for example, the living room, turned out to be rather calm – there the mood is set only by bright textiles and black and white photography. But the bedrooms reveal a real riot of colors, like on a tropical island. The family room has a big window overlooking the pool and backyard – after all, bright green palms look better than any pictures. Juicy, colorful and fresh!
No, this is not the classic Ukrainian or Russian “hut”, as it might seem when you see the thatched roof. The fact is that this wonderful country home is located in Spanish Andalusia region, where similar roofs were used in the past. The owner really wanted his house to have the features of traditional local architecture, so getting here seems like you are being transferred in time. What a lovely summer house!
This summer villa in Costa Brava, Spain, looks pretty futuristic from the outside: one-story, with long corridors, minimalist interior and completely transparent. In addition to this – a geometric and spacious backyard with a swimming pool. Despite the fact that there are not many furniture and decor, and they are very laconic, sculptures and pictures decorating the house are on the contrary quite expressive. This creates an interesting contrast and gives the interior a twist.

This old historic mansion in Briarcliff Manor, New York, needed renovation, but the owners wanted to keep the feel of classic American style. Therefore, the designer decided to add bright colors and accessories and modern furniture. As a result, the home reveals a beautiful combination of the traditional sophistication and vivid character. The Room Mate Gerard located in the heart of Barcelona is a real mystery. Outside it has a gorgeous facade with stucco, and inside spaces are filled with concrete walls, modern sculptures, bright furniture and rooms with black baths. By the way, with all the variety of materials, textures and colors, in general, the hotel interiors look quite minimalist, which is very welcome in hotels as it contributes to a relaxed and easy atmosphere. In addition, you can relax on the roof terrace with a small pool. Awesome place!
