Dedicated Victorian architecture lovers: designer’s townhouse in London

When designer Clarence Graves was looking for a home for his family 5 years ago, he was ready to wait how long it would take to find ‘that one and only’ that would fascinate him at first sight. This happened to be a beautiful Victorian townhouse of 1880, which for more than a century has practically not lost its historical charm. Clarence accepted with great pleasure the fact that the house had not been renovated for more than 50 years, but after the works, the designer’s intervention is almost unnoticeable – many original old decor elements remained in the house. Shabby wood floors, a few classic fireplaces, stucco and vintage furnishings – this home has everything that we love English Victorian buildings for. Let’s take a look!
