This 1907 home is located in the Lincoln Heights area of Los Angeles. During recent reconstruction, the main task was to preserve the heritage of the house and at the same time give the interiors modern touch. Californian materials were used in the decoration, and the earthy palette resembles the local nature: hills, mountains, river and trees. The abundance of wooden furniture and green shutters create an enveloping atmosphere in the house and help you as if you are transported out of the city. And also the secret of this home is that it is difficult to tell what year it is from – only modern technology gives out nowadays!
