But when they finally realized that this was their city, the couple decided to take settle down in this beautiful historic home built in 1921, which they themselves remodel into their own dream home. The owners of this Californian home in California has a very interesting profession – they are winemakers, and their dwelling is part of an old winery. Over time, the house fell into decay and it had to be preserved. It was decided to make the house more modern without significant alterations. It turned out to be minimalist and stylish. We especially liked the kitchen with a panoramic window, the area by the fireplace and the bathroom on the second floor. It’s so easy and elegant, a house with a history can really find a second fascinating life!

Together with a designer, Hillary managed to create a stylish and comfy design, which reflects the tastes and interests of the owner. For example, Duff is very fond of bright prints and pastel colors – they are the starting point. In addition to the ornaments, all the rooms are united by a pink color, which refreshes coolly and gives the interior femininity. The theme of prints continues in the garden too – black and white geometric print decorates the bar counter. The interiors were also inspired by European design, although this is rather the modern American modern. In any case, the home looks simply beautiful!

Perhaps that is why the decorator Brady Tolbert for the holiday decoration of his house chose an unusual and fresh palette, built on a combination of green and gold shades. The owner of these apartments in Los Angeles some time ago approached studio SVZ Interior Design with the request to remake his bachelor pad into a bright modern housing for a young family. The thing is that he was just about to get married, and what he liked in this home before just was not suitable for living together with a girl. As a result, designers managed to create a very elegant and stylish space, in which light colors and interesting design features prevail. Great project!
