This cozy California home is the story of how you can turn one big nightmare into a cozy family nest with character. When the current owners bought the villa, it was beautiful from the outside – the Spanish character and Mediterranean style of the exterior spoke for themselves. But inside, it was a completely abandoned space, mold and termite infested, in urgent need of extensive renovation. With the help of designer David Lucido, the family was able to restore the interiors to their former glory, in which traditional decorative details are now perfectly combined with modern design.
