The appearance of this house, and especially its wonderful grounds with olive trees, seems to take us to the south of Spain, although we are in Los Angeles. The design of the villa and garden was 100% inspired by the Mediterranean coast, but this is not surprising, since California has very strong Spanish traditions. There is also practically nothing American in the interiors of the house – designer Katie Hodges tried to recreate the timeless atmosphere of an old European villa. Wonderful project!
