From the facade to the bathrooms, the new Mono Hotel in Singapore is designed in black and white. Instead of color, the designer uses interesting architectural elements for expressiveness, and also contrasts the past and the present. For example, the modern minimalist furnishings of the rooms contrast with the beautiful arched shuttered windows. Metal beams run through the entire interior as a main theme: they are in the form of hangers, railings or decor in almost every room. This repeating visual element ties all the spaces together. Would you like to stay at such a hotel?
