The owners of this beachfront home in the California Peninsula of Mexico wanted for their holiday residence to be different from typical vacation villas. It is for this reason that they hired renowned interior designer Ken Fulk who is known for bold and extravagant approach. Outside, the house practically merges with the local sandy landscapes thanks to the colored concrete of which it is built – this material gives the coolness that is so necessary for these places, and at the same time looks warm and cozy. Well, the decor of the spaces itself has absorbed bright Mexican prints and a mix of authentic vintage furniture with modern pieces. People usually say about such homes ‘One of a kind’!
