Black facade and white interiors: cozy cottage in the woods of Upstate New York

This cottage is analogous to Russian summer dachas for a New Yorker. Judge for yourself: the home is located just an hour’s drive from the Big Apple, so it is an ideal escape for a weekend or vacation, it is also located right in the forest, in the middle of wild nature, and finally, it is built of wood, which provides a particularly cozy atmosphere. But its architecture and design are noticeably different from the country houses that we are used to. Firstly, this is a black facade – in this case, it looks very picturesque and attractive, especially with numerous windows in white frames. Secondly – white interiors, which they treat with caution in our countries, especially with regard to suburban housing. All in all, charming home for quite weekend!
