This wonderful home in Seattle is truly special – it was built in 1930 by Lionel Pries, who was considered the leading architect on the American Pacific coast in that time. He also popularized the Spanish and Mexican styles and actively introduced their elements in his works. This mansion also retains much of the colonial architecture: arches, vintage furniture, characteristic tiles on the floor. Among modern features – luxurious industrial windows in black metal, which perfectly supported the general historical image, connecting the past and the present in the interiors. What a delightful project!
