When designers Cortney and Robert Novogratz spotted an old 1930s Spanish-style villa in the Hollywood Hills area of Los Angeles, they were first drawn to the location – the street is home to many world-famous celebrities. As for the house, everything was not so good here – a lot of character and potential, but a deplorable state. The complete renovation took a lot of time and resources, but the couple miraculously brought the villa back to life without forgetting its unique past. Light natural interiors, Spanish tiles, patio and stylish furniture – the home looks just wonderful!
