English comfort: beautiful cottage on the site of abandoned shed in Berkshire

The building that houses this beautiful country cottage in Berkshire was built back in the 17th century and was first used as a cart shed. But until recently, it stood completely abandoned and deprived of attention. And so, a few years ago, the owners came up with a wonderful idea – to turn a neglected barn into a charming guest house in nature. For these purposes, they approached Caroline Riddell studio and asked to create a real English oasis of comfort and soulfulness with a centuries-old character. Great home!
