This West Village brownstone is one of the oldest in New York – it was built back in 1842. Until recently, it was divided into several apartments, but a couple of years ago, a young family of four bought the house and asked the ERA studio to create an oasis of comfort and aesthetics for them. The renovated interiors attract with their discreet, but very aesthetic and pleasant elegance, light natural shades and expensive materials. A potted olive tree, stone fireplace and moldings add a sense of timeless coziness and beauty to the spaces. What a great home!
