Hotel with history: vibrant Canoe Place on Long Island

Despite surviving two world wars, a big fire and several changes of ownership, Canoe Place is one of America’s oldest and most iconic hotels. Its updated design perfectly combines respect for the historical past of the building and the desire to explore new bold ideas. It is interesting that the complex had several purposes in its history: first there was a trading house, later a nightclub and a meeting place for celebrities, and finally a hotel. In design of its interiors, we can trace the motifs of the beginning of the 20th century, as well as the modern trends of our time. It turned out bright, juicy and with character!
