Jens and his wife Sos bought a beautiful 19th-century stone cottage by the sea near Copenhagen a few years ago, painted it white and now enjoy every minute spent here. The couple didn’t just refurbish the old home, but respectfully restored its historic charm to its former glory and filled the interiors with soulful things close to their hearts. There is also a wonderful green garden and sea views for many kilometers – not a summer cottage, but a real country idyll!
