Cozy 18th century cottage in Hudson Valley

The construction year of this Hudson Valley cottage is listed as 1789, making it one of the oldest homes in the entire state. This is a prime example of the local historical architectural movement named Adam style Federal with distinctive exterior and window treatments. The interiors are decorated in an elegant traditional style, in which elements of English design and purely American details are comfortably intertwined. By the way, not long ago the house was put up for sale for $1.8 million. Enjoy!
