Unusual beamed apartment in a former cardboard factory in Goteborg (40 sqm)

This small apartment is located on the 7th floor of one of Goteborg’s most famous buildings – an old cardboard factory that has recently been converted into loft living units. This home is the smallest of all and is an open studio space with high ceilings, beams and floor level differences. To maximize living space, the designers even designed a small mezzanine with a double bed. Unusual small apartment!
