It’s just impossible not to love Spanish interiors. Like many other homes in Spain, this wonderful apartment on the top floor in Barcelona breathes warmth and coziness. The interiors are decorated in various shades of beige, which are diluted with pleasant yellow and blue accents. If you love the atmosphere of eternal summer at home, then you will definitely enjoy this lovely apartment!
People in Spanish countryside rarely build new houses, instead, they carefully and lovingly restore old buildings and that’s just awesome. The owner of this charming country house has very warm feelings about this cozy cottage in northern Spain: as a kid, she came here with parents every summer for a holiday. And now after many years, she decided to return the house to life, just to be able to relax here with her own children. What a beautiful place!
Believe it or not, but this loft in Madrid has its own Instagram account, and, it must be said, very entertaining, with regular updates. In this way the owners promote the apartment in social networks: home is located in the downtown and is rented for a short term. Isn’t it just an ideal holiday home! The villa has a form of a large cube where one of the walls is made entirely of glass – to take the most out of its incredible location right on the beach on the island of Mallorca. The house has only one bedroom one on the mezzanine level, all the rest space is given to a huge living room with a fireplace, and a small kitchen with a dining area. Light interiors simply breathe nature: wood, stone, natural textiles – such a great example of modern eco-design!
This sunny house in Spain was created only for one purpose – to enjoy all day long the stunning views of the sea, which is literally a few steps away. The main place in the house is an incredibly cozy terrace with comfy sofas and also a dining table. Of course, the host family spends most of their time here. Every room in this house is open to nature and to the sea, so wherever you are, the best views will always accompany. What a dream!
In this project everything was right from the very beginning: the couple asked TS Design studio to create a home that would perfectly blend into the local nature without cutting down a single tree. The designers managed to create a modern wooden house with a light countryside mood and cozy interiors without lots of textures. There was also a place for some original solutions, such as chanterelles prints in the living room and cool chevron floor on the terrace. Great project!
When the architects from Alexander & Co undertook the reconstruction of the waterfront villa near Sydney, they had only two main objectives: to open interiors to the magnificent nature and to give home traditional European vibe. As a result, the client has got a bright and modern house, where the line between the interior and exterior is blurred, and that fits perfectly into their lifestyle as they love to host friends and relax outdoors. Enjoy!
Seems like we never posted a home that is located in its own olive grove before. The owners of this modern villa on the Greek island of Thassos find coolness during the hot summer days in the shade of age-old olive trees, bathe in a cozy pool and relax on the romantic white terrace. When such beauty is always at your feet you can easily stay on the site without leaving for days!
When Rosa and her family decided to move to Barcelona, all she wanted was a home with terrace to be able to spend more time outdoors. This attic apartment in one of the houses in the downtown occupying the last two floors has become an ideal option – bright and cozy, and, of course, with a spacious terrace where they even made a splendid private garden. Now on the terrace the family gathers for dining, children play and everyone can just relax at the end of the day on a cozy couch. Beautiful!
