In New York, the old warehouse buildings on the embankment do not stand idle for a long time, someone will surely convert them into stylish modern housing. Architect Andrew Frantz is among such people – an abandoned warehouse of the end of 19th century came to his disposal and on the upper floors he created a small modern masterpiece – a stunning loft on three levels and with a large roof terrace. The structure remained completely untouched: brick walls everywhere, original wooden beams, 5-meter ceilings, and huge windows. To emphasize the past, the furniture in retro style and vintage decor along with minimalistic instances were used. Great project and awesome dwelling!
