Eclectic of the 50’s: Sands hotel in Hollywood

The old hotel was located here, in Indian Wells on Hollywood Hills, since the 50s of the last century, but the time was passing, and the building, as well as the interiors, needed serious renovation. After a recent redesign, now it’s a chic and unusual Sands hotel with 46 rooms. The creator of the new hotel, Martin Lawrence-Bullard, is known for his love for eclectic, daring interiors and his ideas were embodied here. In Sands, there are many interiors in the style of the Moroccan riads, as well as the rooms where the spirit of the 50’s settled: bright colors, graphic prints, gold elements and recognizable furniture of that time. And the courtyard with a swimming pool is similar to the scenery for the old Hollywood movies. Very atmospheric!
