Despite all the advantages that the location in the old pre-revolutionary house gives (high ceilings, large number of windows, spacious rooms), this apartment in the heart of Kyiv, Ukraine, originally implied some difficulties. In particular, designers had to adapt to the life not the most convenient layout and find the best zoning for the total space of only 55 sqm. But the authors perfectly coped with their task, presenting a modern and stylish design with a separate bedroom behind the glass partition, comfortable living room and compact kitchen. And the main highlight is the original mosaic on one of the walls, inspired by the works of famous Soviet artist and architect El Lisitsky. Great project!
