Stunning house near medieval city of Saint-Paul-de-Vence in Provence

This gorgeous mansion near the medieval city of Saint-Paul-de-Vence is quite atypical for Provence, where many prefer small modest stone villas with cozy shady gardens. The fact is that the owners of the villa are English, and they wanted to create for themselves something more interesting and bold. Although the house looks like other local buildings from the outside, inside we are greeted by high ceilings, spacious rooms and a large collection of modern art. The living room, for example, occupies as many as two floors – it is so monumental, and unusual objects of art are even in the bathroom. But, like the French, most of all the owners appreciate the views of the Provence hills and the opportunity to enjoy nature and a glass of wine from their beautiful porch!
