In the past century, there was a hospital in this building located in the heart of Bruges, but now it’s a small and cozy Sintnik Hotel. The owners of the property state that the interiors combine the charm of the past and the comfort of the present, it is elegant, but at the same time with a character. There like both soft romantic rooms in white and blue tones, and more catchy, with red textiles and bright carpets. Breakfast is served in the small living room with an atmosphere of rather family gathering rather than a meal at the hotel. But this is the main purpose of Sintnik – to create a feeling of a home for the guests.

And all this is surrounded by cypresses and olive trees, around only the beauty of the French nature and clean mountain air!
Though this beautiful family home is nominally a beach house (located on the coast near New York), there is a clear European feel in the interiors. The owners many times visited old Europe and adore its architecture, so they asked the Hernandez Greene to incarnate this love into the design of their family nest. Light, natural, but also elegant – these interiors are made for blissful relaxation and family harmony. Perfectly!

A small but cozy private terrace was the first thing that caught the eyes of the future owners Martha and her daughter Ines and what made them fall in love with this apartment. The home could not offer a big space, but the terrace and the opportunity to swim in the sun’s rays were simply subdued. With the help of classical furniture, vintage details, and a delicate pastel palette, this flat became a lovely girls’ dwelling.
Isn’t it perfect this old French mansion recently restored by the Marta de la Rica! Today it’s a private guest house, exquisite restaurant, antiques salon and a flower shop – here you can spend an unforgettable weekend, dissolving in the charm of the French classics.
