This 1925 Tudor-style home has recently been renovated and sold for $ 7 million. In Hancock Park, a historic district of Los Angeles, several of these houses have survived. The front wooden door leads us into a spacious hall with a beautiful magnesite staircase. On the ground floor, there are two living rooms, a dining room and a kitchen – the interiors balance between Tudor heritage and modern style. For example, there is a marble fireplace and an original coffered ceiling in one of the living rooms. The second floor is completely devoted to private bedrooms, and in the courtyard there is a neat pool and relaxation area – integral attributes of life in Los Angeles.
