The site on which this house in California is located is very tiny – apart from the building itself and the pool in the backyard, actually, nothing else could fit. But on all sides, the territory is surrounded by trees, which creates a cozy effect of a closed private nest. The house is also small in size, but thanks to the chosen minimalistic style of decoration, glass walls and an open floor plan, it seems clearly larger than it really is. Great compact modern home!
