Designer Rob Diaz was challenged with the simple but at the same time difficult task – transforming the dark, cramped and dated interiors of this California cottage into a light and functional home with a timeless design, that wouldn’t last for many years, and modern comfort. After careful redevelopment, the house has more open space and natural light, there is a convenient interaction with the inner garden (it was almost never used before), and the decor now consists of an abundance of wooden elements and light warm shades.
