Small attic apartment with mezzanine in Kyiv (30 sqm)

This attic apartment in the Comfort Town complex in Kyiv can be classified as smart – a small area and competent use of space are the cornerstones of design here. The space has the main advantages of attic housing – sloping ceilings and high walls, thanks to which it was possible to create a mezzanine bedroom. In the apartment, designer Olga Bondar tried to use every centimeter as efficiently as possible (the storage under the stairs is great), but at the same time, it is quite spacious and light here. Great modern design!
