The town of Beverly Hills in California is known primarily for the mega-popular series of the same name, which made a splash in the 90s. But it is also an area of beautiful Spanish colonial style villas, most of which were built in the first half of the last century. One of them we have today – the designers by KES Studio have completely updated the interiors of this historic house, leaving the appearance and structure almost unchanged.
