This project can be named a ‘modern take on classical Italian architecture’. Apartment in an old building of the beginning of the last century in Milan was created for a young family who have always dreamed of comfortable modern housing with character. Classic decor elements can be traced in almost every room, as the designers of Lupett Atelier restored the luxurious coffered ceiling (painted in a bold shade), unique stucco molding of elegant lines, original arched openings. On the other hand, all furniture and decor are as modern and even minimalistic as possible, although the first violin in this space is still assigned to historical design!
