The family of clients approached Jake Arnold at the stage of finding a house – they were fond of the cozy, timeless style of the designer’s interiors, so it was important that the object also corresponded to his aesthetics. Since Jake is an expert in the renovation of historic properties, he immediately dissuaded clients from modern homes that lack soul and character. The family listened to the designer’s input and opted for a wonderful 1951 traditional house built by famed architect Gerard Colcord. Well, the designer, in his signature style, breathed an elegant new life into the interiors, paying tribute to the historical context. Enjoy!
