This Long Island cottage is both simple and interesting. Traditional American shingles on the facade are diluted with black inserts – the exterior looks unusual and fresh. The interiors are very bright thanks to the abundance of windows, but their main highlight is all the possible contrasts. There are all-white rooms, but black window frames and color accents add character. There is also an atmospheric reading room with terracotta walls. Overall, there is a lot to see!
