It is believed that a designer’s home is always about luxury and scale. But American designer Jenny Kozena recently showed her summer cottage in Malibu and it turned out to be simply incredible – its area is only 11 square meters! In tandem with their brother, who works as a builder, they were able to create a tiny oasis of warmth and comfort in a record small area. The house is made entirely of natural wood, which in the interior is perfectly combined with soulful vintage decorative details. Masterful work of the designer!
