Compact two-level loft in Paris overlooking Parc Monceau

This apartment near Parc Monceau initially was a series of small, dark attic spaces under the roof of a beautiful old building, but designer Helene van Marcke managed to smartly combine them into a spacious, modern home. Now the living room is a large loft space with high ceilings, a mezzanine and skylights that flood the interior with daylight. Although most of the elegant classic details were lost during previous renovations, the interiors do have one unique feature – the charming violin-shaped windows in some rooms!
