Plenty of sunlight, riot of colors and French charm – new summer collection by Maisons du Monde has absolutely everything that is needed for the joyful summer mood. At the same time, the company, as always, divided its novelties into several color and thematic lines, so that everyone will find their own inspiration. Enjoy the pictures and have a great week!
The founders of the Los-Angeles based studio Atelier AM Alexandra and Michael Misczynski Eastern Europe natives and, it should be noted, European aesthetic is very well felt in the works of this talented duo. In their portfolio there are several magnificent apartments inspired by the best examples of Paris and French design, there are also houses in the style of timeless English classics. But there are also American rancho and modern chalet. In a word, this is a very fascinating and spectacular portfolio. Enjoy!
Works of the French interior photographer Pauline Le Goff are like a portion of the delicious dessert, which you want to enjoy slowly, putting all the business aside. She shoots for designers, magazines and private clients in Paris and beyond, so the spaces in her portfolio are very diverse and each in its own way interesting. But all the works are united by one beautiful detail which is a unique French charm!
In this Parisian home, there is not a single spot on walls that would not have been painted in a very bold color or decorated with bold wallpapers or tiles. The main color in the interiors is blue, its different shades can be seen in almost every room. We really loved the kitchen with the windows on the inner courtyard, especially the idea with the tile continuing on the wall. Another great project by wonderful French studio Double G.
Many styles and trends in interior design are short-lived and quickly out of fashion. But there is a classic that will never get boring, and that still causes admiration even after many years. Among such interiors are French apartments that appeared during the period of the intensive building of Paris by Baron Haussmann in the late 19th century. This magnificent apartment in Lyon is an excellent example of just such housing: abundant moldings on the walls and doors, high ceilings and windows to the floor, an elegant fireplace. Even modern furniture in such spaces looks great!
Only in Paris you will find such wonderful living spaces like this apartment on the top floor of an old building. The owners here enjoy romantic views of the roofs of the houses. And these bright colors, lovely furniture, ceilings! Wonderful retro touches in the decor are also here. It is love at first sight!
Until recently this Parisian apartment which is located in the 1830 house was owned by the descendants of famous poet Paul Valery. But now the apartment (230 sq.m) is the second home for a publisher from the USA that loves ornaments, black and white palette, as well as elements of French and Italian styles. The designer of the apartment managed to take into account all the wishes of the client and create an elegant and stylish interior with a Parisian spirit. In the living room, for example, there is a cool mix landscape wallpaper, geometric parquet, a table of a piece of wood and an elegant fireplace. These interiors are full of contrasts and bright strokes, but it makes it even more special!
Sorry, this entry is only available in Russian. But you still can enjoy photos.
