50s cottage in Norway with bright sunny interiors

This cottage on the outskirts of Oslo was built in the 1950s, but recent renovations to the interiors make it look like a vibrant modern home. According to local laws, it was prohibited to change the structure of the house, but the designers of the Kvistad studio actively worked with new materials and paints – in the finishes we can see a lot of glazed tiles, several types of natural timber and bright summer colors. Cheerful and stylish living!
